Chenu Bechola Barca also known as Hannibal. It is the name Barca which is at the origin of “Barcelona”. The city was founded by General Hamilcar Barca, father of Hannibal. This is indeed Hannibal on this commemorative coin of his victory at Lake Trasimeno in Italy. This is the only picture of him which can be considered as authentic. The African domination over the world ended with his defeat.
